About our service item
Nanopore is the newest third-generation sequencing technology,
which utilizes the unique electrical properties of DNA molecules as they pass through
nanopores in protein membranes on a chip to analyze the sequence of unknown samples. In
comparison to the commonly used traditional Sanger sequencing service, you no longer need
to wait in advance or order and prepare primers to prepare sequencing-ready samples.

Regarding your sample submission process
Sample submission for customers of the Academia Sinica：
Customers can prepare their samples when submitting their orders and wait for our personnel to collect them at their location. The collection time is
from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the day following the order placement.Our staff will contact you to arrange the sample collection. The
testing results are typically completed and sent to your email address after 6:00 PM on the same day to before 7:00 AM the next day.

Regarding your sample testing results:
Your testing results are typically completed after 6:00 PM on the same day or before 7:00 AM the following day.
They will be sent to your email address or can be downloaded from our official website after logging in. Additionally, we include DNA alignment
in the results to facilitate your subsequent experiments. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.
